Re: PA Expungment Pa.R. Crim.P. 790

I obtained Expungment form 790 because it was listed as a misdemeanor, in reality the presiding Judge treated it as a summary offense..VC1543A. Even thought it is listed on my criminal record as a misdemeanor, can I have it expunged as a summary offense...confusing

He may have treated as a summary but the record says it's a misdemeanor so treat it like a misdemeanor.
