Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

what does it mean when a person currently in jail to have to go to a Criminal Call in front of a President Judge? what is a criminal call and what is a president judge?? this particular person has been in and out of jail like 3 times in 1 year, and had a bench warrant against them also,which is doing jailtime now for, and for breaking probation,and is awaiting to see what will happen when the next charges of a felony 2 and 3 for theft are brought against this person. one can only hope a lot more jail time, as this person just hasn't learned.

The president judge is the head judge of a particular judicial district (county). Without a zip code no idea which county you're talking about, This sounds like a 150 hearing, This is a hearing where people who have been arrested are schedule for further hearings.
