What do plead guilty without a verdict mean? And do the record stay with you after probation

I believe you are talking about section 17. It's a program where if you stay out of trouble for a particular time, the commonwealth will dismiss your charges. To get the charges of your record; after your charges are dismissed you will need to file for an expungement.
