Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Probation Vioation
on probation for two summary's (originally aggravated assault; hit an ex-boyfriend back.. he dislocated my jaw) Now on probation 1 month left... violated for missing an appointment, and harassment (supposedly, I haven't seen paperwork), can I fight more probation and or jail, or am I doomed? This was first offense.

This truly does not sound like the sort of situation where you are facing incarcertaion. As to whether you would be subject to a new period of probation, that would depend on how badly you breached the rules, whether the new charges stick, and how the judge is feeling that day. I recommend you consult with an attorney.
