Re: proving general harassment?

If that's there only evidence you have a strong defense, what does get ugly mean, are you going to expose in court some personal flaw she has for the world to see?. A lawyer is important to protect your rights to a fair trial. I offer free consultations.

If that's all you said (really) then they will have a hard time proving that that is harassment. You shouldn't call her or talk to her now. What do you mean "only through 3 way calling?" Email me to discuss further.

Re: proving general harassment?

I would recommend consulting with an attorney as soon as possible. It is better to have an independent counselor resolve this situation for you before criminal charges are filed, but if they are already filed I believe you have a strong defense!

My office also offers flat rate pricing and free consultations, for additional information please visit my firm's website at www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com or by calling my office at 412.731.0865.
