remain on bail

if i am convicted of involuntary manslaughter at trial, will the judge still allow me to remain on bail? the bail was made with the deed to a house in which i reside. thanks.

If it is assumed you will be serving jail time, the Judge may just take you into custody....you need to talk this over with your lawyer ASAP
