My son has three prior conviction for burglary.Has done 2yrs for the first one,4yrs second one and 5 1/2 for the last one.He was on parole and got picked up on two more burglaries and on count rape.What is the least amount of time,and the max

The least amount of time is 0. The max depends on many things you haven't said. Like how much backup time does he have. What degree of felony he committed. Who is the judge and what county the case is going to be tried.
