If I have a warrant in one county and A court date in another will I be arrested when I go to court

It's possible. especially if someone in the first county knows you were arrested and when you're due in court. That said I'm guessing the bench warrant was issued when you were arrested the second time. What you need to do before court attend to the first case and get the bench warrant lifted. Next quit breaking the law. Apparently the police have no problem catching you.
