Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

I have been at my job for over a year now, longer than any other employee. We recently got a new manager. I am also 10 weeks pregnant and have a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum and i am constantly sick which has caused me to be hospitalized twice and miss a few shifts at work. I provided medical documentation stating that i was to be excused from work. A higher position recently opened up and i had asked for an interview seeing as how i know the store better than anyone else at this point. I was not given an interview and the position was given to someone with limited availability and who has only been there about a month. I feel this was discrimination against me because i am pregnant. Also our back room has been very dangerous there were boxes that have fallen over, the back door has for the most part been blocked, and you can barely get into the bathroom. I took pictures of all of these. I feel very unfairly treated. Could i go anywhere with this?
