Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Pennsylvania

I'm was a store manager at Burger King. I was told by two of my bosses I wasn't allowed to hire black people. She would get mad at me if I brought a black person I'm for an interview. She also told me I need to go to dunkin doughnuts and find her an Indian. I was recently demoted because she said she couldn't trust me. So she sent me to a new store. She use to have me work 20 hour days two or three times with no breaks. When the new manager she promoted was going to have to do that because a manager called out she tried to change my schedule and told me I had to go back and cover the new guy so he didn't have to work what I did I told her I'm uncomfortable going back there she got pissed. She is threatening to fire me Monday. She told me I'm working 12-10 at a different store then work 5:00 am to 4pm at a store of her choice but won't tell me what one until I'm done work at 10 so I can drive down there before they close to get the keys. I don't know what to do I'm breaking down she driven me to the point I'm going insane is this even legal?
