2nd dui offense within 4 months of eatch other
Ok, I had a dui in April 2006 and another in July 2006. The DA is looking to give me 2 first offenses. What does that mean? He is also seeking to give me 72 hours in jail and comunity service. Is there anyway not to get jail time.
