Legal Question in DUI Law in Pennsylvania

I have a 26 year old dui that I now received a postcard for stating the county sheriff holds a warrant for my arrest. I pulled the case file up on the county website and it shows - Case Status: Inactive Arrest Date: 07/06/1990 Processing StatusStatus Date 07/06/1990 Migrated Case (Closed)

07/10/1990Complaint .

What does this mean? Will this case be dismissed and the warrant retracted if I turn myself in?

Why has it sat for 26 years? Did you fail to appear for a scheduled hearing or trial? If so, there may have been a warrant for you since that time. However, it may be that the case can be dismissed due to the passage of time. You should hire a criminal defense attorney who will know what to do.
