driving under dui suspension, speeding
if an officer follows u for 5 miles and u turn into your residence which is private property and he never puts his lights on can i get the charges dropped

No, you can't get the charges dropped on those facts alone. You did not say why he stopped you. In other words, what about your driving justified him following you into your driveway?
