Re: dui

There is a huge difference between, "what is the maximum allowable sentence under law for a third dui?" and "what sentence should I expect to get for a thrid dui?" The question you are probably intending to ask is the second one. The answer depends on the following: what years were your first two dui's?; what was your BAC in the third dui, was there an accident, did they take blood, will there be any thing other than alchol in your blood, is it a refusal case; is there IP in your county; what is your PRS in regard to non-dui cases?

good luck
