Financial Responsibilities
If a 19yr. driving with no insurance or inspection kills or injures somebody can the legal parent he is living with be sued to pay for medical bills and pain and suffering?

I'm assuming this is a DUI fatality...
There is too much missing information. Whose car? Did the parent know the vehicle was being operated? Was th eparent in a position to stop the 19 y.o.? etc., etc.
You need to consult with an atty. ASAP.
