When a police officer places you under arrest for possilbe DUI, does the officer have to read you your rights stated in the moran law

If you're talking about the Miranda Supreme Court decision, the officer is required to read you your rights ONLY if he intends to ask you questions and use your answers against you. The only remedy for not reading you your rights is to have your statements suppressed (not used against you).
This is usually not a concern in a DUI case, as the evidence has less to do with your words than it does with your driving, blood alcohol content, etc.
