Legal Question
PA Underage Drinking Citation
I received a citation for holding and consuming a can of beer. I am 20 years old and was approached by an underage cop while I was sitting outside on my property. I am not sure if I should or should not plead guilty. My largest concern is having my license suspended. Please help.
