Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am 16 years of age, I'm living with my mother, brother who is now 23 years of age, and his girlfriend who is also 23, they are living under my mums roof . I have been arguing with my family for many years, and I have been getting money for ssa from my dad dieing over a year ago, and my mother is now threatening to take it away from me. From all of this arguing and fighting aND cussing almost everyday I cannot take it anymore it causes me to much emotional distress I would like to know what I would be able to do, to move out and live on my own or something of the sort please get back to me asap

First, Social Security benefits can't be taken away. Second, your mother as designatee payee must be able to prove that she spent at least the amount the SSA is sending on you. If she can't they can get unpleasant.

You have 2 years to go so try to get some counseling going I don't see the courts granting your request. Is there another relative who could take you in?
