Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
20 years married and wondering about my rights
Been married 20 years. Raised 2 children , stayed home at his request or demand. Now he wants a divorce. Been out of the work force. No degree. I will not contest, but I would like to know what I am entitled to. I am not sure how I will survive.

You are entitled to equitable distribution of all property aquired in the marriage by either one of you. You are entitled to alimony and alimony pendente lite during the divorce proceedings.
