Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My brother has an ex that keeps making false claims to prevent him from having time with his sons. The current CYS investigation as been going on for 7 months, and CYS isn't providing him with updates. During this time, his ex has broken the current custody court order by making unilateral decisions regarding education, religion, and medical matters. Is there anything he can do to make her follow the court order and include him in these decisions or does he have to wait for this CYS investigation to also come back unfounded? Is there anything he can do to get CYS to wrap up their investigation? They just keep saying it takes time since his son has autism. He loves their children but hopelessness is starting to set in.

Sounds like your brother needs a lawyer. C& Y has time limits to investigate complaints. If they don't get tghem done in time they are considered unfounded.
