Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Just curious how much it is to get a clause added to a custody agreement in Pennsylvania. My child's father refuses to talk to me and has his wife communicate with me and take our son to doctor's appointments. However, she bullies me and backs me into a corner and tries to be the one in control of MY child. My child has also asked that me and his father communicate, but again, he refuses. How can I get it in writing that my child's father and I are the ones who will be communicating and not his wife.
