Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

What to do if custodial parent refuses to honor visitation?

I haven't seen my son in 10 years. We have regular contact, but my ex wife absolutely refuses to honor our visitation agreement. He is 12 now and wants to see me as well as the brothers and sisters he has never seen. I'm flat broke from paying lawyers that can't get anything accomplished because I live in Florida. Can the courts do anything to make her honor our custody agreement, and how can I ask them to help me without a lawyer? Thank you!

In Pennsylvania, you can contact the Domestic Relations Section of the Court of Common Pleas where your child is a resident, and request information on filing pro se (without an attorney) for visitation. You can probably find this contact information online for Pennsylvania counties.

I cannot comment on the viability of your case. It will depend upon the individual circumstances and the quality of the contact you have maintained, and the status of any previous orders.

That having been said, it is always best to be represented by an attorney.
