Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter is accusing my boyfriend of trying to touch her. Children and youth have set up an interview to talk with her. Do I have to take her? What if she doesn't want to go?

Yes you do. Children and Youth are required to investigate the accusations they receive,

Just because she doesn't want to go doesn't carry much weight. How does Children and Youth know she wasn't pressured to recant without talking to her.

Being anything other than supportive of your DAUGHTER will hurt you with Children and Youth should the allegations move forward.
