Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter and her children are relocating to PA from VA and she and her husband are purchasing a home in PA. There is a chance that they will be separating or divorcing in the near future. To best protect her interests, should the mortgage/deed be in his name, her name or both names?

It won't matter. married couples hold real property together as a tenancy by the entity

Which is defined: A Tenancy by the Entirety allows spouses to own property together as a single legal entity. Under a tenancy by the entirety, creditors of an individual spouse may not attach and sell the interest of a debtor spouse: only creditors of the couple may attach and sell the interest in the property owned by tenancy by the entirety.
