Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughter will be 18 in 1month. She doesnt want to go back with her dad. Can she stay or will i get charged for kidnapping. She has graduated from high school.

At worst you could be charged with custodial interference. Though more likely he could file contempt charges. If he does then by time it got to court your child would be over 18 and the contempt would be moot. If dad want's any relationship with her her might just let her have her way as in less than a month she can walk out of his life forever.
