Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My daughters father went to prison and we had a custody agreement. Does this get voided out because of he went to prison? If not, what do I need to do to change the agreement?

No, however the order can be changed. You don't say how old your daughter is but the court is unlikely to order visitation. Further, the court will act if the father was convicted certain crimes enumerated in the custody law.

As a practical matter father will not be enjoying any periods of partial custody.

You need to see a real live lawyer to review what is in place and what might need to be changed.
