I was married for 14 years and am now getting a divorce. I am entitled to a part of my ex-husband's pension and 401K?

Re: Divorce - Ex-Husband's Pension Yes. A divorce can involve the division of marital property. Marital property is defined as property acquired from the date of marriage to the date of separation. That would include any increase in value.
The the extent that the 401K was acquired or increased in value after the date of marriage, you are entitled to part of it.
