Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am currently going through a divorce and my future Ex just through me into domestic relations where they are demanding that APL be paid no child support just APL because there are no children. To limit the damage if APL is awarded can I just start working at my own company full time, quit my regular job or purpoefully get fired, and pay myself one dollar a year? Or how far back do computations go for APL? Or could this work?

No. They will hold you to your current income.

Sounds like your soon to be ex has a sharp attorney. I'm surprised he did ask for you to pay her attorneys fees.

You best bet is to have the proceedings go as fast as you can.
