Legal Question

divorce

My husband keeps threatening me that if we get divorced he will leave the country and leave me with all the bills we owe. Everything that we owe is in my name since he didn't have citizenship until after we finished all the immigration process. How can I make sure my husband cannot leave the country before we are divorced. What do I do?
