Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

if a father goes to court for custody rights of his child but the mother has voluntarily gave the father visitation with court establishment that he does not like, what will the court reward him with shared custody or visitation rights? some details: the father is 21 and still lives with his mother but has a job 3 months before knowing to pay child support.. the mother gave him visitation every monday, sunday, and wednesday from 8:30am until 12:30pm.. the child stays with the mother, the child is also only 3 months, the mother has a job that she has had for about a year, the mother supported the child alone even without the child support.. the baby has EVERYTHING he needs and more..
