Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have filed for divorce in Montgomery county, PA on August 30, 2016 and have waited the required 90 days. The next step is signing/filing an "Affidavit of Consent, Form 5a and 5b".

After that I have to either sign/file a "Waiver of Notice, Form 6a and 6b" or a "Notice of Intention to Request Entry of Section 3301(c) Divorce Decree (Form 7)".

What is the difference between the two?

One requires giving the other party notice and copies of the proposed decree prior to you finalize the Divorce. The Notice of Intention. The Waiver avoids this process by having each party sign waivers so the final Divorce papers can be filed earlier. You may want to discuss it with an attorney.
