Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband is in prison for 17-35 years. he staulked and kidnapped me. he is now threatening to sue me for spousal support and half of my home, he is also saying he is going to file for visitation of our son. my protection order expired and I did not renew because he is in prison, can he do any or all of these things

Really.

Spousal support only happens if he files with DRO in your county. If you fail for divorce and include a fault ground he's barred from spousal support,

He only get equitable distribution if there's a divorce. So file against him.

Visitation he's going to have the kid visit him in prison. . Not that it couldn't happen but I want to hear how he can say that is in the best interest of the child.to see the man who made his wife and son victims of violent crime.

You need to file for divorce with a fault ground immediately. Contact your county bar association.for a referral to lawyer.
