Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my husband and I need to separate but I need to make sure he helps me pay the bills for our daughter. he has a job but doesn't receive a paycheck. I also want to be the main person to make decisions about our child.

First getting a support order against some one without W-2 income is tricky. Enforcing the order even trickier. Also while you could get sole legal custody generally that is shared unless you have evidenceon why that would not be in the beat interests of the child.

So where in PA are it makes a differences.
