Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My ex husband who i have been separated from for approximately 5 years now keeps taking me back to court to lower his child support payments. He owns his own business and claims he is making less. He is in the construction field and does a lot of side jobs under the table so to speak. His claimed income only shows him making approximately $35000 a year but recently he just paid cash for a shore house rental costing around $5000 for the season and brought our son a $12000 car with cash. What are your suggestions or advice because he is taking me back to court to lower his child support payments because of the issue of income? Thank You in advance!

Jenn

An investigation can be done to establish his income, including subpoening his bank records and reviewing his tax returns.
