Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband and I have been separated for over 2 years, and while we have not filed for divorce or child custody arrangements (we have 2 children), we do have a signed legal agreement that was drawn up through a lawyer. The signed agreement states how much he must provide me for support and alimony, and also that he must provide me with health, dental, and vision insurance. His employer is switching health insurance companies on July 1st, and my husband claims that they will not allow him to cover me because we are separated. Since we are still legally married, and have a legally binding agreement requiring that he provide insurance for me, can they really make him drop me? Is there any actions I should take to try to enforce the legal agreement? In the agreement it states that if either parties breech the terms of the agreement, they would be responsible for any legal costs involved in enforcing it. Thank you in advance for any advice you can offer.

Ok, I'm not sure he can drop you unless you agree to it. That said why aren't you moving forward with the divorce and custody. Having an agreemen is nice but why not have it made a court order so it can be enforced?
