Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Husband took son out of state

My husband and I have been seperated for more than 2 years. Just yesterday he took our son 1500miles away out of state without my consent. I knew he was going but i didn't give him consent to go unless he signed papers stating that I could see my son when he visited. He refused to sign and left not letting me know where he is. I have been told 3 different places but he wouldn't confirm any of them. What am I supposed to do? Do I call the police? Please help. Thank you.

Re: Husband took son out of state

If you have a custody order, you can get an emregency contempt petition filed. If Granted this would be the basis for an arrest warrant for your husband and would secure out of state police action. If no custody order you will have to file an emergency order for custody and then locate your husband to serve papers. I offer free consultations.
