Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights
I would like to have my son's father's parental rights terminated. We have not received any support for almost 3 years and he has not seen the child for almost 4. Can anyone tell me where to find Title 23 or Pa.S.C.A. Section 5300 (Adoption Act of 1970)? I can't find it anywhere.
