Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Leaving a residence

I recently had my wife and father in law come to me and demand me to leave our house. They where saying that by law I needed to leave immediatly. I just Need to know if I should leave for the sanity of our kids or if I am forfieting all of my rights and causing future problems for myself?

Re: Leaving a residence

If your name is on the lease or deed you don't have to leave. They can only make you leave if she starts a divorce action and then files for exclusive possession.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
