You have to file a Motion with the court seeking permission to relocate out of state and state why it should allow the move. If there is a current order, you also have to file a petition to modify the current order. If you leave the state without taking these steps and there is an order, the other party could file a contempt petition against you. Please call if you wish to discuss further.
