Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in PA, I am a homeless ( some days I have a couch others I'm on the street), veteran with no possessions and no job as of now... I am working on fixing things since I've been released but with my injuries I am limited to the job I can perform... I was just sent paperwork to my friends house (which I dont live at) stating she is taking me for support... How will this work? I do not have any way to get to the Domestic Relations building 30+ miles from me, and I don't have money for a cab or bus ride. Do I have any rights based on my situation? Or should I turn myself in now and serve the jail time since I am technically homeless and jobless...

Call up domestic relations and tell them you wish to appear by phone.

You should check with the Widener Law Clinic I believe they handle VA issues. If you're a disabled veteran you should be getting something. Which by the way is not subject to being used for child support.
