Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

im in a middle of a divorce. My husband cheated on me however I filed no fault. He filed for divorce less than a year ago and he and his attorney are trying to push this case through as quickly as possible. they just filed for a pretrial memorandum I am still waiting on discovery items from him which were asked for back in January this year. I guess my question how can they request this and it be approved a trial without having all documents that I need to make a smart decision about property distribution. I am still waiting for retirement and pension account statements. I feel they are finding loop holes in the system. What can be done to stop this trial from happening. Any help would be appreciated

You have a complex divorcee. Unless you plan on getting very familr with the Pa. Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 1920 et seq. You should retain counsel. If he has a lawyer you should have one as well.
