Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My nephews wife left him. she just took him to court for child support. She used her sister as her lawyer. Is this not conflict of interest?

No. Why would it be conflict of interest?

Generally bring inga lawyer to a DRO conference where all both parties have is W-2 income isn;t very cost effective. There a formula that is used which covers W-2 income siruations well. Besides if you feel the calculation was off you can appwal it farly quickly and for a fairly low fining fee. Lawyers are needed when one orboth parties are self employed or have unusual sorces of income.
