Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

newborn and overnights

My ex girlfriend is 8 months pregnant (she broke up with me). I want to be an actively involved dad.

I want to have visitation including overnight visits from the beginning to bond with my baby.

My ex claims her lawyer said it is very unlikely that I would be awarded overnights when the baby is very young.

One of her reasons is that she is planning to breastfeed. But I am thinking she can pump milk ahead for the nights he is with me or I can use formula.

I only live about an hour away from the mother so there should not be any reason why I cannot have overnight visitations of my son even when he is only a few weeks old right?

I live with my parents in a nice house and can set up a nursery for him. I work retail so I never have two days off at a time but my mom is semi-retired and can watch the baby the nights I am at work.
