Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am from PA. My wife and I got married in March of this year. She has a son with another man that she was never married to. His name is on my step-son's birth certificate. My wife and step son live with me, along with my daughter that belongs to my wife and I. I was curious if there was a way to get full physical and legal custody of my step-son, but still give the father the right to see his child. And is this a costly process? Thanks.

custody proceedings are never cheap particularly if the parties are not in agreement. If the father is agreeable to entering into an agreement with your wife and having it entered as a Court Order that would make thing more reasonable cost wise. i suggest your wife schedule a consultation with a lawyer
