Parental Rights
In Pennsylvania:
If a father gives up his legal rights to his child in court, is he still legally obligated to pay child support.

You need to consult with a Pennsylvania attorney. I am not admitted in Pennsylvania.
However, something tells me that whatever the outcome of your situation, you won't be getting the "father of the year" award.
Re: Parental Rights
Pennsylvania does not have provision for a father to voluntarily surrender his parental rights unless it is in conjunction with an adoption action. You cannot surrender your parental rights to avoid paying child support; even if you and the mother intend for you to have no contact with the child, your support obligation persists.
