Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My parents bought me a dog as a gift after I got over emotional issues. Basically the dog was an incentive for me to stop a certain behavior. Im moving out of their residence soon and they refuse to let me take the dog with me. I was wondering if I could take them to court for custody

No. A dog is personal property not a child. So you looking at a civil court. A gift becomes your property upon acceptance, Why do think they should be allowed to keep the dog?
