property settlement, divorce, PA

my ex-wife and i sold marital property and the proceeds were held in escrow by her attorney. when it came time to proceed with the property settlement i had learned that the escrow account was distributed solely to my ex by her attorney with out any sort of agreement. Can I pursue any legal action against her attorney? how can I get my money back? is her attorney held liable for distributing the monies without an agreement?

You can do better though what does her attorney say or what does your attorney say.

Messing with trust funds is the quickest way for a lawyer to lose his license. So you claim sounds strange.
