Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

How can they raise my child support if I am not working? I was paying $152 a month and my ex girlfriend did not like that and asked for modification. They set it as if I worked $10/hr for for hours making it $350 a month now. The last job I had was a temp job for 4 weeks. Two weeks making $8 hr and two weeks at $10. I was laid off 2 weeks before modification. How can they up my support? Lebanon , Pa.

They can hold you to an income that you could earn given your experience and education. The only way around this is to actually get a job hen they have to go by what the job actually pays.
