Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Are there rules for state family court? Are they different in every state? Is there a federal law that controls the family court rules?

Yes there are rules. Pennsylvania the starts at Rule 1910.1 in the rules of civil procedures. Yes they are different though not drastically different. No the feds stay out of family law as much as they can.
