Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

How can I seek to have sole physical custody of my daughter with visitation rights to her father who now has primary physical custody but is allowing his mother to raise our daughter for almost 9 years to which I don't agree with, but they always get the cops involved when I try to keep her or they lie to the court stating that my daughter lives with her dad. Mind you her grandmother does not having custody or legal guardianship of our daughter and tries to make me look as though I am a bad parent

You can't/ Unless one parent is in prison. They will be allowed to see the child. Now it might be restricted to supervised visitation. However, since he has had primary custody for the last 9 years that's not going to happen. Especially since one of the 16 is which parent will foster a relationship between the child and the non-custodial parent. That doesn't sound like you. Further the fact you don't agree with what has been decided is hardly a reason to remove the child from the home she has lived in for the last 9 years. I research the 16 factors used to determine primary custody and apply the facts of you case to them and see if you have any case for modifying custody.
